So I have so health goals I need to meet this year particularly before my big move to Memphis.
I decided to like up with
I am most definitely at my heaviest, and not happy with it at all. I plan of trying to consume more fruits and veggies, and more water, Right now I am aiming at 3 glasses a day with only one bottle of coke (which is honestly huge for me I honestly drink between 4-8 bottles a day which I know is bad.) and at least 3 glasses of tea.
I know that if I have someone to be accountable to I am more likely to actually go through with it!

I'm a new follower and am going to do this as well. Just like you, I am too at the biggest I have ever weighed. Sadly, I weigh the same as when I gave birth to my daughter and I hate that. I am on day two of no sugars or soda or caffeine or anything bad and its hard. I was like you. I drank like 4 Dr Peppers a day so hopefully I can get through this
