{one} WYR...splurge on make-up or hairstyling?

Hair styling all the way! I wear pretty cheap makeup all from the drugstore for under 5 except my BB cream which I get from Amazon for 12-15, but my hair, I love love love my hair, and I feel like it needs special treatment.

{two} WYR...eat at fancy restaurants or eat good home cooking?

Home cooking! I love to  cook, My Italian Nana taught me when I was younger and I feel more relaxed when I am cooking something. My friends say you can tell when I’ve had a bad day because there is something baking, but they all will come over for food so I guess its good!

{three} WYR...go to a big city or take a relaxing cruise?

Ohhh… this one is hard… I am a city girl at heart, but if I could only do one I would take the cruise I love the water and so swimming in the ocean and being on the boat would be more fun.

{four} WYR... spend your money on jewelry or purses?

Purses! I have a huge collection of them, I adore a new purse. This is my most recent one(VIA Instagram) It’s a Betsy Johnson purse I got for $20 at TJ Max!

{five} WYR... wear a dress or jeans?

again a hard one. I used to say Dresses all the time, but since growing up it is hard to find a dress I like and think looks good on me, so jeans and a tee-shirt.

WWTK Would You Rather?

{one} WYR...Never be able to look in the mirror again or always get dressed in total darkness?

Get dressed in total darkness, I already do it sometimes anyways and I don’t have that many clothes to make horrid fashion choices!

{two} WYR...Receive $50 a day for the rest of your life or $50,000 right here and now?

$50 a day, I have no saving skills and this way I’d always have something for gas/food/shopping!

{three} WYR...Have extreme narcolepsy or have a bad case of tourette's?

Tough one, I guess narcolepsy, I like sleeping, just I would like to make sure I never drive I would hate to hurt someone by sleeping while driving.

{four} WYR...Be able to rewind 24 hrs 3 times a year or consciously control your dreams?

Rewind, I’d like to be able to replay some days and fix others.

{five} WYR...Be fluent in every language around the world or be the best in the world in a category of your choosing?

Considering how much of an issue I’ve had with Spanish, I am going to say be fluent in every language, I would much rather be able to talk/listen then have bragging rights.

{1} Tell us about your job/daily routine.

I work at a hotel, so depending on my shift (I’ll use 3-11 right for the example) I wake up at 6 let my puppy out, curl back in bed for 3 hours (even though I have work that needs to be done,) eat breakfast/lunch take a shower, drive to work, answer phones, kick people out of the pool who aren’t registered, read temps on a/cs, explain to young kids you MUST be 21 to rent a room, more phone answering, and think yes I DO need you to fill out all the items I asked you for, I am not just asking for things for the fun of it.
{2} What is your favorite place in your home to relax? (bonus points for a pic)

My Bed hands down. Penni on my bed!

{3} Summer cool treat...popsicle or ice-cream?

Both, I love a good popsicle and ice-cream is great anytime.

{4} Be sweet to yourself, list 3 things you LIKE about YOU!

Eyes, hair, and sense of humor.

{5} If someone saw my __________ I would likely die of embarrassment!

Bedroom, I am in the middle of tearing it apart for my big move, so everything is EVERYWHERE and nothing is getting done.

{1} What is for dinner tonight (bonus for sharing the recipe)?

honestly tonight’s dinner is going to be super simple! I have been desperately wanting chili cheese fries so I am going to make some chicken chili cheese fries! Take some chicken breasts shred them up and mix with a pouch of taco seasoning/sloppy Joe seasoning and let cook down, bake up some frozen French fries and top with yummy Mexican cheese blend. and serve with corn/green beans for veggies!  I promise to try to take some pictures if  you guys want to see the finished product!

{2} Share something you are currently looking forward to.

I am looking forward to spring break, I am going to spend the week in Memphis with Kensei! I cannot wait until the first week of March! If anyone wants to do a guest post for me while I am gone let me know!

{3} What are your thoughts on re-gifting?

I am for it, as long as a-you don’t regift to the person who gave you the gift and b-it’s a gift actually worth giving, not like something really cruddy that you pass on.

{4} How often do you rearrange your furniture?

Before we moved to where we live now, I changed my room on a monthly-bimonthly basis, the only furniture that never moved was my bed because it was ALWAYS by the window and I liked it that way, in this house though, my room is WAY to small so it has been the same layout sine the move in, although I do have furniture now instead of piles of boxes!

{5} Share a picture from your cellphone or camera.

A camera I was debating on getting, although I might actually be able to get a Digital SLR instead!

{1} What do you love about blogging?That I have somewhere to put my thoughts, and the friends I make from blogging. 

{2} What is your favorite scent of candle/air freshener?Anything from bath and body works?? lol no honestly I love spicy scents like cinnamon and winter scents but I do love tropical smells like pineapple and mango, I just don't really like food smells like cookies or cakes they smell to fake to me. 

my two favorite candles are Leaves and Seaside Escape.

{3} How would you describe your style?I used to say I had no style, but I am currently going through a kind of Preppy Comfortable phase. Although if I had enough cash I would say 50s throwback would be my style I LOVE the dresses from the 50s and would wear them EVERY day.

{4} What are 3 things your dream home would have that your current home doesn't have?A balcony, A Library and an in-ground heated pool.

{5} Do you look at your keyboard when you type? sometimes

{1}Do you prefer to text or call?

It honestly depends on who I am talking to and what about, I txt M and Eri all the time unless it’s something I feel like I need to talk it out.

{2}What is the last text message in your phone and who is it from?

Well the last message I got was from M (although by the time this posts I’ll have gotten more lol) It says: Alright ….. I think im getting sick…. head cold maybe?

{3}What are your favorite phone apps?
So my phone is BRAND new like I just got yesterday new. so my favorite apps are Angry Birds and the weather background I have… its pretty…  <—My new phone the clouds move and the screen shows whatever the weather is outside!!

{4}At what age do you think kids are ready for a cell phone?

I had my first phone when I was 11, because I was alone after school, had to walk to Airforce’s school and pick him up and walk home, and no parents until after 7 pm.

But I think I won’t let my own kids get one until they are 13-16 and they earn it.

{5}Share a current pic or video taken with your phone.

Like I said my phone is BRAND new no pics or videos yet but my old phone had a whole bunch I just got on my computer…. its not recent but I love it a guest at the hotel I USED to work at gave me these

WWTK and Loss of a computer

I am participating in WWTK but I wanted to let you all know quickly…. I killed my computer, I honestly have NO clue what happened but I had to completely  reinstall everything!!! and on top of that I lost all my pictures from the last year because of this… I know I should have backed them up but honestly I never did because what could happen to my computer right??

so on to this weeks WWTK

1.} What must you do before you go to bed at night?

hmm before bed every night/day (depending on work) I have to spray my bed heavily with Bath and Body works Stress Relief, I tried the sleepy spray- doesn’t work only that spray works…. which is why I have like 10 bottles sitting on my bookshelf and M is always saying she’s jealous of them!

2.} What is one thing you must snack on at the theater?

Coke with no ice, and a thing of popcorn, extra butter and salt, and a box of M&Ms mixed in… the chocolate every other bite is my favorite thing about the movies.

3.} Before going on vacation what must you do?

I don’t go on vacations often, usually if I do go anywhere its to Charleston, Myrtle Beach or NY with my family, or to see Kensei, so I guess wait until the last possible second to pack? yup that’s me the queen of procrastination.

4.} What is one thing you must do every day?

I honestly have to talk to Kensei every day! lol no really I have to brush my teeth and drink a glass/bottle of coke for my caffeine intake

5.} Is there something you do that must be done in a particular order?

hmmm honestly can’t think of anything, although I am sure if I did it in a different order it would bother me but I’ve never tried any other orders lol.
