I Need Your Help!!!

Okay I am begging for advice here! As most of you know I work like crazy, all hours all shifts. As I have broadcasted very loudly my birthday is the 20th and I will be working. This is not the issue I am okay with it (Slightly) What I am worried about and begging for advice is every ear I am one of those people that plan a killer Halloween costume and never get it finished, made, bought, ect. This year I will be attending my first party ever, it is a masquerade party that will be thrown for one of my friends birthdays.

So What I need are Pretty, Amazing (Cheap) Ideas on what I could wear! Thanks so much!
