Fitness..

Okay So I know that I am just a tiny little bit late for this post but…

Here goes…

The challenge was making changes to start weight loss:

 

1. for me I have a lot of issues with emotional eating, when I am bored, I eat. Angry I eat, upset, i eat, sad I eat, basically I eat a lot.  so I joined  Fat Secret to help me keep track and eat the correct amount of food I should be eating.  If anyone else, is on there, or joins I will give you my id so that maybe we can support each other.

2. I added exercise videos to my netflix and they are not all at the bottom, If I want to get the next disk in my series that I am watching I have to complete the exercise disk.  So we will see how long my willpower holds for this.

3.I am going to try to drink less soda.. I can kill a 12 pack on my own if i don’t get stopped not only will this save me some cash but I will drink water instead!

4. I am going to buy a scale.. I haven’t had one in a long time, I am going to Wal-Mart on payday and getting a good digital one.

Back from the Ends Of The Earth!!!

 

So I am sorry to have dropped off the planet, I have just been well out of it and on top of that things haven’t seemed that interesting to me, Not that blog worthy things haven't happened, they have and will be posted and updated as you all deserve but I have been depressed and a bit out of myself lately.

I went on Air force's class field trip yesterday to the Criminal Investigation Academy, which calls itself the CIA, lol it was a nice trip and I learned a lot from it.

Air force had his prom and he took Chickiboo to it and the military ball, they look so adorable.

Are they not just the cutest kids???

It has been killing me that M told me something and then begged me not to do anything about it. She mentioned that the boy (yes he is a  boy because there is no way on earth he is mature enough to be a man) that she has been hanging out with, and that has been working on her getting the divorce from her Navyboi has apparently been hitting, and kicking and punching her when he is angry. I told her she needs to tell him to take a long walk off a shirt pier, because that is not cool no matter how you look at it.

I found a car, its an adorable little thing and I only need about 4 thousand to cover everything, but the banks are not liking me for any loans, my father is looking into cosigning with me so cross your fingers and if anyone wants to donate lol! (no not really)

I miss high school somewhat. I remember when I was there and how it feels like it was last year or even yesterday but I know it has been almost seven years, and I am not the same person I was then and neither are the people I used to see but sometimes I just want to walk in the school and see if it flashes  back in time  ya know?

So this wasn’t planned as a Random Tuesday but well it’s Tuesday and this is pretty random so head on over to Keely’s and take a look at the other RTT’s!!
