Nothing to WRITE???

Well this is where normally I would have a cute, short and sweet Writer's Workshop inspired by the wonderful Mama Kat. Sadly I couldn't come up with a THING to say!

So I am going to rant a little instead.

Jujube Graduated from the Fifth grade yesterday! I was very proud of her. She won some award from President Obama, well her and five other kids, But she was happy and it meant that she was a very good student!

I have very reluctantly posted a few images of myself on this blog, mostly because I don't like the way I look. But Those that have seen me, Do I look as if I am old enough to have an 11 year old daughter??? Just wondering because no matter where we go, or what we do people call me her mom. While I think it's sweet, in a creepy way. It also REALLY bugs me because I don't think I look old enough. And yes I know that people are having kids younger and younger, but I would have had to have had her at the VERY latest at 11 or 12 years old! So WHY??

<--- This was me about a year and a half ago. People STILL called her my daughter then too. Okay so the rant is over and perhaps I will be inspired later and have more to say but you should all head over to Mama Kat's and look at everyone else too!

As for the Obit. I am not sure what I would write but I do know that I would want this song played there.

Billy Currington's People are Crazy

mainly because I like this verse

"Then one sunny day
I saw the old man’s face
Front page Obituary
He was a millionaire he
He left his fortune to me
Some guy he barely knew
His kids were mad as hell
Huh but me, I’m doing well
And I drop by today
To just say thanks and pray
And I left a six-pack right there on his grave
And I said God is great, beer is good and people are crazy

God is great, beer is good and people are crazy"

people just don't get it. I have 4 kids, 3 of whom are triplets and people will ask my when we are going to have another. I know my kids are cute but come on, 4 is plenty. Thankyouverymuch!

No, you do not look old enough to have an 11 year old daughter, not by a long shot.

People are rude. I had a friend that was 6'10" and people would ask him if he played basketball? {He didn't} His reply...No! Are you an effing' horse jockey?!

Yeah...I'm gonna agree with Mami...you look way to young to have an 11 year old daughter. But hey. I suppose stranger things have happened. :)
