Hey guys, so I am going to participate in GYSTS this year!! I have been trying to get fit/healthy for a while now and honestly I don’t do very well because quite simply I’m lazy, BUT I seem to do better when I am accountable for it!!
I am thinking I will join in on the DietBet, because I do not like loosing money so that should motivate me a little more.
I am planning on following Blogilates monthly plan and also doing 21 day fix, which I have ordered and hopefully will receive before September!
On top of everything school starts tomorrow and I am trying to save enough money to get my wedding dress custom made for me, so I want my body in the best shape possible for that!
So basically my goals are:
1. to hit my walking goal 5 out of 7 days a week on my jawbone up
2. To workout to the Blogilates Calendar or 21 day fit 5 out of 7 days a week
3. To try to eat healthier/to try to eat less fried food/soda
4. Support everyone who is doing the challenge!
So who is in this with me? What are you doing to try to stay healthy? Any advice you can give me? Let me know!!
