Random Tuesday: Another Worry Post

OK I am a downer lately but Today is the day I find out whether I keep my job or not. I just wish my boss would stop joking about us all getting to go home early... It makes me wanna cry!

My mom is insane... she is all "I wanna be independant, but I will make my husband pay all my bills, even though I am taking our 12 year ol daughter to move in with my boyfriend" (that was my mom speaking) I will go into that in a longer post.

I Really want to go home, make a batch of brownie mix and eat it until I feel better, being an adult and able to do that rocks!!


only four more days until my appartment is just mine again, although no roommate yet, I may have to let my brother move in just because I will need some rent help... on the good side he stays in his room and talks to his girlfriend Chickiboo all the time... and yes I actually call her that name in RL.

Random Sadness

So Today is Keely’s RTT and usually mine are all happy and random and I do have a few of those but…. i also have some sad things. Good stuff is at the Bottom!

First I wanted to thank the people my dad works with, we were struggling on how to do thanksgiving this year and they, even though they don’t really know us just dad, got together and bought us dinner, so NCR Columbia SC you are super sweet and amazing people.

 

I am moving to an apartment with my mother and sister, mainly because while I do have a better relationship with my father my mom tends to need more looking after, although it seems as if my father is headed that way too.

 

I had to push off my big move, Amber and Eri are super happy about that, until march because of the lack of a car and the fact that we have to make this move, so I will need even more money. Kensei is pissed and I am a little disappointed but S*** happens.

 

I have to get rid of my dog… The apartment is charging us 300 a dog and my mother will only keep Trisha in hers and My Father refuses to have max in his, So Prue offered to take Max until I move I mean really who could get rid of the sweet 12 year old baby??

And While I do love my hyper baby, she is going to be a handful in the apartment:

 

I am going to Borrow Keely’s claim to fame for a minute and declare myself a geek girl, I am super excited that Kensei might be making me an engagement ring that looks like the Violet Corp from Green Lantern, He wants to take a stone like one of these:

And make the jeweler design a ring around like this one, (Minus the Lighting!)

Amber Amuses Me.

Eri introduced a new girl named green shirt, to us today and Amber didn't get to meet her. So she stuck her head around the corner and just randomly asked if she was gay because well she hangs out with all girls. And poor green shirt looked funny.

Only At Tech Random Tuesday Thoughts

SOOO Originally I was going to write a blog about how wonderful it is because the day is a lovely cool crisp 49 degrees. But I had to change the topic because well its been an interesting day.

 

Midlands Tech- there is a running joke about our school that you will go here for 5 years for your two year degree and 95% of the time you only need one class and it is a math or science class.

 

Well on the way to math today I missed it apparently but M came into class and the first words out of her mouth were “I saw underwear in the hallway”

I kinda looked a little odd but my response was “On a person?” She said no so apparently someone took off their underwear and left it on the stairway for fun.

Then when I went to hang in the student center where one of the guys was singing Steven lynch songs.

 

We were sitting in class the teacher was discussing the fact that now technology is annoying and how mechanics can come home in clean clothes and this guys text ring came right at the end of his speech and he laughed and said wow I had a good idea complete with sound

 

Then we had a contest to see if we could touch our tongues to our noses, I was the only one in a table of 7 that could….

 

How many people just tried to touch their nose with their tongue??

So Then we had conversations about Farmville, and how

 

does Amber have a Vibrator??? She bought a vibrating face thing from Neutrogena and apparently it turned on of its own free will and her dad came in and asked her if she had a vibrator.

 

Speaking of Vibrators Nicci and Amber were discussing the fact that Nicci’s phone was vibrating very strongly, and joking that Nicci brought her Vibe to school, then Amber said “Go play with it with Angel!” and I was like Amber wants to play more, and then Amber said go play with M, and M who was completely clueless just said “Hi!” and this caused the entire group to burst into laughter.

 

Things are not going well for M, I am a little worried for her because she has a tendency to overstress about things and with the way her marriage is headed and the extra stress that the NavyJerk  is putting on her, His family is treating her like crud and it is upsetting to her. Although she knows that she has a lot of people who love her and would do anything for her, (Including several of us who are willing to fly to Japan and kick his butt) I have a feeling she is feeling kind of alone about this. Then on top of that she is now worried that she won’t be able to finish school because if she decides to take care of her problems the way she would like then she will not have the funds for classes next semester. I have told her she is welcome to come to TN with me and go to school there, if she’d like but I don’t think she will.

 

Sometimes, I wish I could fix things for my friends, Eri and her relationships and M’s issues. Amber really doesn’t have relationship issues, but that’s because she is without one currently.

 

On a lighter note, we have the Carolina Game Cocks, and we have a running conversation randomly about the Cocks vs. Trojans. We would love to hear the announcers make comments like “The cocks are going strong but the Trojan’s have a strong defense!” or “The Trojans have completely surrounded the Cocks!” or even “ The Cocks have managed to break through the Trojan Defense!!”

Can you imagine the laughter from the stands?

Drama Drama Drama

Wow this has been a weekend for me and my friends!

I posted in the last post When A Door Closes…. that my amazing awesome boss was leaving, and I wasn’t sure what would happen. Well this morning bright and early at 6:45 Eri called me to tell me that the first shift girl had not come in yet what should she do? I told her to call the manager of our sister property because he was defacto manager now. About 3 min later he called me to ask if I could come in a can cover, now I am working audit tonight so that was annoying, I bundled up Jujube who I was watching today and she and I came to work when the first girl showed up at 9:30 then I left and mentioned that she needed to be here on time because I have to get home so my father can be on time to work in the morning I will let you know.

M’s getting a divorce she thinks, because her relationship has gotten worse, I think it is good for her because his family is tearing her apart daily and he has not been faithful at all.

Eri had surgery today and so I am worried about her.

Amber is freaking out because all of us are having so many issues and she thinks its somehow relating to her bad luck lately. I thinks she’s a sweetie.

I know this is a little late but does anyone know WHY Obama got the peace prize? I don’t think he deserved it honestly. 

I don’t like the movie Zombieland and am boycotting it because I don’t like Zombies.

1. Angel is my nickname, Kensei gave it to me when we first met, while he was dating my friend Meg. She was all everyone has a nickname except Jacquie (which is short for Jacqueline and pronounced Jackie) (And I did have one but I wasn't called it at school just work, I had already been christened Bunny) and he got this thoughtful look on his face and started spitting out all these HORRID nicknames and meg was laughing and making comments about me being to much of a goody two shoes, and he got to Angel and it stuck.

2. I Despise with a passion, all things that look like, are or could possibly be spiders. I cannot even look at pictures without shuddering and nightmares. My father loves to joke that there are 300 kinds of poisonous spiders in the world and 280 of them live in SC. He will also be driving and throw fake spiders at me around Halloween... I hate spiders...

3. I am Italian, French Canadian and the rest of Europe. I am a mutt and proud of it, although I do lean a little bit more to the Italian side in looks and food choice.

4. I have no spine, I have all sorts of witty remarks I would love to say to people who make me mad, or just bug me but I am always worried about hurt feelings so I never say them.

5. Piper says I have a horrible temper, she says I am the worst combination possible and REALLY Big Bomb with a REALLY long fuse and when it explodes you get hit with everything that bothered me for the past few years.

6. I love to read, I read all sorts of trashy romance novels, although especially now that it is close to Halloween all of them have a paranormal slant to them.

7. I have only told three of my RL friends about this blog and only one has ever visited, its part of that offending people thing, I worry about hurting people's feelings.

Well I have a lot of things to do this weekend! I get to Work!! (Everyone clap your hands and cheer for me) My boss has temporarily promoted me to Manager. Not that I don't already do the job of one, deal with the customers, adjust rates, buy supplies for the property, make the schedules for the front desk and answer my phone at all hours of the night when the night audit girls can't figure out how to change a rate from reg, to military. But back to my temporary promotion, my boss has decided that because he will be on vacation if I make myself available to cover any shifts answer any questions that he will give me an additional 60 in cash for every shift that needs to be covered as well as being on the clock. I am okay with this because I am going on my trip at the end of this month and need all the money I can get my hands on.

I was reading one of the blogs I follow and there was a question that really aught my eye:
Do you fear getting older? Having another Birthday make you realize how much time you are loosing and you never got to do the things you like with your kids/or take them some where special?

I had to stop and give this serious thought I don't fear getting older exactly, I just wish that it would slow down. I know a lot of people who read this will be like your 22! What do you know about feeling old! But I do. I help take care of my sister and act like her mom, And well when I was younger, in high school and below birthdays would take for ever to get here I would count down the days until the big one for months in advance tell everyone "it's three months till my birthday!" now I don't realize that its my birthday until the week before if I am lucky. My 22nd one it was the day of before I realized it. I dread the big 3-0 and I really want to be married with kids by the 25th, (Yeah I know two years is wishful thinking.)

Piper had the brilliant Idea to create a blog for me and her to write the things that happen to us! I think it is a good one and while nothing has been posted as of this moment we will hopefully have something soon!! So with in the next few months if you get bored mosey on over to "Because I said so..." and leave a comment or two!!

I get one day off this week. I am just super happy about that!

Keely's post had this in it. I will now have nightmares for months not only would I drive into a ditch but I would probably take half the highway with me!

Totally Random Tuesday!!

In Honor of Keely's Awesomeness, and how her phone has Darth Vader's theme I thought that I would share with you that Kensei wants to have the church playing that or the Imperial March at our wedding before I walk down the isle, I agreed as long as the bride music starts BEFORE they see me.

Now I am going to warn you that this post may be a little disjointed because of a few reasons, I have not had more than 3 hours of sleep in the last three days, I wasn't going to participate today because of that reason, but I had some random thoughts I just had to share.

Yesterday was all about S-E-X. My friend's speech class was given a speech about "How to improve your sex life" I tend to stay away from this topic here, but I figured that I would share the events of yesterday. So of course we discussed this in the student center, which caused an in depth discussion about sex in general, then in math class the professor kept drawing the umm, penises on the board, he wasn't trying to he just really can't draw, and well I am not that mature of a person, the in Psych we had a class all about sex disorders.

on a connecting note WHY do teenage boys feel the need to walk down the street with their hands cupping that area?? Is there a penis snatcher? Does he/she/it sneak up on teenage boys who are not holding their appendage and snap it off??? I seriously considered turning around to get a picture of it but decided that, it might be a little too invasion of privacyish.

I was up again at 4 am this time to make sushi for jujube, she loves it, I figured that if I made eight cups of rice that would be plenty for dad, jujube and air force, plus my class... I was wrong, by the time I got to class I had about 10 pieces left.

After midnight Wal-Mart doesn't ID for cheap wine, I felt kind of bad, either they don't care that late or I look REALLY old. I might eventually post a picture of myself but I doubt it. You might get a video of my voice if I ever get the balls to participate in Blogversations, but unless I find the penis snatcher and buy some I doubt I will.

Speaking of cheap wine I am going to drink a bottle and sleep before my test tomorrow, Have a good night!

Thursday Thirteen!!

Well I was inspired for this week by a post that Keely did

If I could Talk to little me what would I say? I didn't want to them to be all funny or all deep So if I could talk to myself at lets say age, 10 sounds good, I would have just been going into middle school, What would I say?

Here are my 13 things!

1. Yes Skeptical me, I am you from the future. I can prove it, you read your first romance novel last year while you and your cousin were locked in your father's computer room for being bad.

2. Just because you cousin keeps her perfume in the contacts case doesn't mean you can pour some in while she is soaking the contacts. That is not a good Idea.

3. I know you don't want to believe it but school is important, you should at least try.

4. Try to join as many clubs as you can, being a social outcast is not fun.

5. Yes you will be popular in high school but not the way you imagine, you will have lots of acquaintance's but few friends.

6. Don't fight with your boyfriend when you are 16 it is all a bug misunderstanding.

7. Just because you think you know what you want to be when you grow up doesn't mean you will, try other things too.

8. You will meet the man of your dreams a few times, get to know them well before you decide they are the one.

9. Sometimes you and mom will have particularly nasty fights, save the running away for the big ones it gets tiring.

10. Always stick to your beliefs, don't let yourself be compromised for others, it will start a pattern it takes you a while to get out of.

11. SAVE MONEY!

12. Don't high light your hair that blond color when you are 13, I don't care how good the lady says you will look, go red or light brown but not that blond color. It doesn't look good at all.

13. Remember to Love, Laugh, and be happy. And always smile you never know who's falling in love with it.

Random Tuesday Thoughts

Well it is time for me to write my randomness again!!

My first random thought was have you ever gotten something for really doing nothing? I was helping a friend write a paper tonight, (My other friend says he was flirting but I don't agree) and He left to go get food at 2:30 am, He said he would by me food if I could figure out a way to BS his paper one more paragraph to four pages. Well I was looking at his paper and noticed that half of it was in a smaller font, so I changed it to MLA (Times New Roman size 12) and guess what? His paper was not five pages long! I called him and efore I could tell him how I did it he said he would get me food. So I am letting him!

We were supposed to have a snow day yesterday. HA! There wasn't even frost on the cars! Why can't the weather man be right?

My friend M and I were talking about whether C was flirting or not and we both decided I am right and he wasn't, and if we were guys we would totally hit on each other. Is that odd or just sleep deprivation?

Keely had a post the other day about her Beating Heart besides the fact that I want one is does Kensei use a 'teddy bear' I was thinking about it he has a rather big fluffy pillow... I think he does. I am sure he won't be happy being outed but he will deal.

I need more blankets for my car. I love my sleeping bag and Lion King Blanket, but I was extremely cold Monday morning. And I will probably be so again.

My randomness has run out because I am not quite awake at work. Have a great Tuesday guys!
